Mallika Sherawat who agreed to play the lead opposite Sachiin J Joshi, has walked out of the project. Sachiin J Joshi also made an allegation in Press about Mallika Sherawat being unprofessional. Later Gihana khan was chosen as female lead. Earlier it was reported that Nana Patekar was approached to play the main villain, but Prakash Raj has been signed on for the pivotal role.
